It’s so nice to meet you!

I am a pelvic floor occupational therapist specializing in supporting complex chronic pelvic pain. I believe it is a privilege to do my work. I’m grateful that you’re here.

I believe in using many tools to support the person in front of me. My current toolbox includes therapeutic yoga and functional movement, craniosacral and myofascial release techniques, somatic coaching, and pain reprocessing therapy.

I strongly believe in supporting self-efficacy in my work. I want to give you the tools to support yourself over the arc of time.

I am a body positive therapist. I believe in supporting all people across the gender spectrum and am deeply invested in trauma-informed care.

I live in the Boston ‘burbs with my incredible spouse and rad twin kiddos. I am from the Hudson Valley of New York and my heart remains there. When I’m not working, parenting, or moving my body, I really like fermenting things.

About the practice

I am an out of network provider. I believe in providing high quality care, with my full energy and attention — both in and out of session.

Evaluations are 90 minutes and follow ups are 60 minutes. As my client, you have access to me via text and email in between appointments for support.

This approach means you get better “bang for your buck” out of sessions, often needing far fewer.

I am always happy to supply a “superbill” for insurance reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider and inquire about out of network benefits for occupational therapy, as this varies from plan to plan.
