As a yoga teacher turned pelvic floor therapist and forever movement enthusiast, I wanted to create a place for everyone, no matter where you are on your pelvic floor journey. Ritual Movement is a good fit for you if:

Here’s what you’ll find:
Short tutorials breaking down whole body essential movement strategies, including pelvic floor, glute, and deep core engagement; thoracic and hip rotation; nervous system resets.
20-30 min classes in a range of challenge levels that both strengthen and lengthen the deep stabilizers of the body.
