As a yoga teacher turned pelvic floor therapist and forever movement enthusiast, I wanted to create a place for everyone, no matter where you are on your pelvic floor journey. Ritual Movement is a good fit for you if:

  • You’re in pelvic floor rehab and want a comprehensive video library with both the basics and creative, fun tutorials.

  • You’re not able to access pelvic floor therapy for any reason, and need some resources to support yourself.

  • You’ve graduated from pelvic floor rehab but want to stay up to date on what you’ve worked on.

  • You just love to move!

Here’s what you’ll find:

  • Short tutorials breaking down whole body essential movement strategies, including pelvic floor, glute, and deep core engagement; thoracic and hip rotation; nervous system resets.

  • 20-30 min classes in a range of challenge levels that both strengthen and lengthen the deep stabilizers of the body.

  • Restorative work — never under-estimate its power!

  • Creative strengthening work.

  • Collections and key words based on common challenges (e.g. back pain, pain with sex, incontinence, postpartum, pregnancy, etc.)
