Ready to take your bridging technique to the next level, load your pelvic floor (in a good way!) and have fun? This is the class for you! Explore single leg variations using weights and negative space (foot on a block), and lots of eccentric core work. 

Many optional props: wall space, 2 blocks, a lighter and heavier weight (I used 4 and 15 lbs - use what you have!) and a miniband.
