But I Want to Run! (spicy)

For all the pals who love a high impact workout, this class will prep you for bigger, bouncier movements with minimal impact on your pelvic floor.

I originally thought this would be an Embody class, but it quickly became apparent that it was a Connect class to its core!

We use a lot of props, but all are optional except blocks or a chair/stool.

Optional props: heavy miniband, medium/light long band, light hand weights, 5-10 lb weight

Essential props: yoga blocks/chair
