Round The World Of Your Hips (spicy)

This week's theme looks at finding those little tiny spots in hip rotation that feel a little sub-optimal, and building mobility and strength for improved balance, mobility and strength. In the spicy class, we build upon the concepts in our safe strength class with added weight and some restorative treats at the end! Spicy and fun for when you're ready for a challenge. 

Props: two blocks, bolster/pillow, a weight of your choosing
