Bounce Jump Impact Tutorial

If you're struggling with incontinence in relation to impact (jumping, running, etc.) this is for you! This series begins out of gravity and then progresses to upright with some support, and finally a more traditional upright position.

Be sure to be light on your feet -- think about bending your knees and allowing for shock absorption in your whole body! Similarly, take the time to ensure you feel your core in every position before moving on to the impact work.
