Safe Space (spicy)

This is part two of a two part series, Safe Space. 

Building upon the safety and stability created in the safe strengthening (medium) class, this is a super fun experience using props to improve thoracic rotation. Get that flowy, yummy feeling with solid challenge, while maintaining a feeling of connection and security. End with grounding for the win.

Props: a wall, light theraband, block, bolster/pillow
