Staying Present In The Mess

What happens in your body when life is messy? What could happen if we stayed present but grounded to all the chaos on the outside? 

That's what we explore in today's class. Show up to challenging poses with a sense of ease, grace and breath. Expect to work your legs, core, and hip and thoracic rotation.
