Sturdy Peace (medium + spicy)

This longer practice focuses on creating stability so we can operate from a place of ease and freedom when times get touch. 

Using a long pullup band, we create a tension-length relationship that feels almost like a pilates reformer! If you don't have one, you can use a light weight, long straight theraband, or nothing at all -- perfectly fine.

Expect thoracic rotation and lots of glute work and inner thigh opening at the end for a treat!
