The Equalizer

This is a really amazing movement to both strengthen and engage the hamstrings and glutes as well as engage the hip flexors for more balance in the pelvis. Helpful for all kinds of maladies, including knee pain, hip flexor tension, and postpartum recovery (because those hammies really can suffer in the pregnancy experience!).
