If you experience pain with sitting, walking, running, groin pain, etc. -- this is your class! So many of us have "tight hip flexors" because of chronic sitting patterns. Here, we tackle the elusive psoas by playing with lengthening and strengthening the fibers in multiple directions. Lots of side bending and rotation!
