Building upon the concepts of the safe strength class, we look at the same movements with more load. This means more weight and movement! A grounded, safe way to challenge your lower body strength and improve pelvic floor resilience.

Props: wall, one long heavy theraband, one heavy miniband, two blocks/books, bolster/pillow, optional light weight
