The Slow Down (spicy)

As the title would suggest, this is all about creating strength and opening through slowing down and breathing. Perfect for when you're a little wound up and would benefit from some grounding strength. 

Props: one 3 lb weight (anywhere between 1-5 lbs works depending on ability/strength) and one block/book
