If you're in a flare, or regularly deal with lower back and/or sacroiliac pain, this is a great class for you! Stabilize with long, isometric holds using a wall. This is standing-only class, so it's also a great choice if you're struggling with knee discomfort.
Props: a wall, optional two blocks. You may want a chair handy if you regularly struggle with balance.
