Going Deep (spicy)

This is a super fun movement class specifically designed to address deeper pelvic pain (e.g. endometriosis, ovarian cyst pain, fibroids, etc.). We focus on opening up the lateral portions of the trunk and hip flexors to create space for the pelvic organs to breathe a bit, then mellow down with some beautiful restorative work.

Props: 2 blocks, a chair, optional strap, optional light weights (1-3 lbs)
