This Embody class addresses internal rotation of the hip in an active position in all kinds of positions - prone, sitting, supine, and standing! A really beautiful opportunity to explore this movement in a safe way for improved pelvic floor function.

Props: chair, slider/blanket (or wear socks!), optional light theraband
