Reclined Hamstring Stretch (Supta Padangusthasana)

This is a beautiful stretch for anyone, but particularly helpful if you have painful sex or pelvic pain, or if you have tight hip flexors (trust me on this one!). Highly recommended for everyone, especially if you're having an anxious day!
