Starfish Energy (spicy)

Please note: This is part two of a two part series. Please ensure that you feel comfortable with the concepts in the Safe Strength Starfish Energy before taking this class!

This class focuses on deep core work without the gripping, as well as external rotation of the hip in order to have full range of motion in the pelvis. 

This is a fun and funky class using a lot of different props. However, you really just need a block and a strap. 

Other options: 10 lb weight, ankle weights, long resistance bands
