This "full spectrum" class is for you if you have ever been pregnant - ever! It is also designed to work during all stages of pregnancy if you're currently in that phase of life. 

Build reflexive, responsive core engagement to support the process of having created life! 

This is also a great class if you are recovering from chronic pelvic pain and are looking to safely build core strength. 

Props: two blocks, weight (5-15 lb), knee padding if needed
