Criss Cross Walk (full spectrum; medium + spicy)

This is a class all about the diagonals of our body, and improving how we walk! 

If that sounds boring AF -- it isn't! One of the most fun and challenging classes I've taught in a while, we'll use all kinds of props to explore different movements from the feet to the calves to the hips to the torso. Expect to be challenged and laugh!

Props: a strap, wall, roll of some kind (blanket, mat, etc)

optional: light hand weights, light long theraband, medium mini theraband
