Happy Butt, Happy Life (medium)

This fun and juicy class works on balancing the front and back of the hip joint, leading to a lot of fun glute and hip flexor work. This is an awesome class if you experience psoas tension or pain, pudendal neuralgia, incontinence or prolapse. (Really, it's a good one for everyone who sits too much, and isn't that all of us!?)

Props: a chair and the wall, possible blocks/books as needed
